Mango’s offers all those traditional Mexican meals we all love, but they also have some unique offerings as well, including one of their signature meals, Camarones a la Diabla. This spicy shrimp dish is innovative and one of the most popular on the menu, but it’s not the only exclusive specialty you’ll find. The hard part is deciding which to try first! Mango’s Mexican & American Grill features a full bar and is open late on Friday and Saturday.

2. Plaza Azteca

Plaza Azteca blends traditional Mexican fare with new and innovative cuisine, from chicken and steak to chef specialties and even vegetarian options. Give the spinach and chicken enchiladas a try, or perhaps the chori pollo, a unique mix of chorizo and chicken. The Plaza’s tequila bar features a wide variety of brands as well as unique cocktails. You won’t find better tequila tasting in town and they know their stuff, helping you find a drink that suits your tastes perfectly. You can stop by for a casual night out or schedule a larger event.

3. Casa Mexico

If you’re looking for a casual, laid-back atmosphere with fast, friendly service, you’ll want to stop by Casa Mexico. The food is fresh, the staff is friendly, and you’ll still enjoy all the perks of a full bar when you’re ready to unwind with a drink. Casa Mexico also offers a loyalty rewards program, so you can grab some free drinks or grub just for being a great customer and enjoying their fantastic food.

4. La Fiesta Mexican & American Grill

7. Vinyl Taco

Mexican street food is fast, delicious, and the main focus of the Vinyl Taco menu. Unique cocktails pair perfectly with their lineup of burritos, innovative taco choices, and specialty bowls. They feature an impressive list of tequilas and signature drinks, draft and bottled beers, along with nonalcoholic options. In addition to fantastic food, Vinyl Taco shows off their love of all things musical. You must be 21 to dine here, as the restaurant has a bar-type vibe that’s suited more for adults than families.

8. Taco Shop

The original Taco Shop opened its doors in 1961. Since then, three more locations have been added so you can enjoy your favorite fast-casual Mexican fare no matter where you are in town. Over the years, what hasn’t changed are the recipes for their original hot sauce and taco meat that make the Taco Shop signature flavor unique and well-loved in Fargo. Grab a grinder for takeout, dine-in, or even order your catering service for your next big event.

9. Red Pepper

The menu at Red Pepper hasn’t changed since the restaurant opened in 1961. With four locations around North Dakota and one location here in Fargo, the Red Pepper is a popular eatery offering tacos and tostadas as well as delicious grinders.
